Belgian death metal force CARNATION return today with their new single and video, Labyrinth of Silence, the latest track from their upcoming fourth full-length album, Symphony In Flesh, out October 16th, 2026.
Following the old-school death metal attack of Flesh-Eating Frenzy and the razor-sharp aggression of Kingdom Of Dreams, Labyrinth of Silence reveals a darker and more hypnotic side of CARNATION. A haunting clean intro slowly descends into atmospheric death metal, where immersive soundscapes and crushing riffs create a suffocating, trance-like atmosphere.
Lyrically, the track explores the frustration and isolation of being unable to express yourself—trapped within your own mind and fighting through inner darkness.
Symphony In Flesh sees CARNATION reconnecting with the raw energy and uncompromising intensity at the core of their sound while pushing their songwriting, arrangements, and atmosphere further. The album will be released by Redefining Darkness Records in North America, with CARNATION independently releasing the album throughout Europe and the rest of the world.
