Phoenix Arizona based Blackened Death metallers Sun Speaker joins Black Lion Records its with great pride that we have the privilege to announce that Sun speaker have joined forces with Black Lion Records for release of their forthcoming EP "Tempestas" to be out worldwide via Black Lion Records in 2019 on CD/digital.
Sun Speaker is a blackened deathmetal band from Phoenix, Arizona. Forming in early March of 2017, vocalist Randy Abbott and guitarists Tyler Allen, and Ryan Todd, set out to explore the depths of blackened deathmetal. Not wanting to adhere to clichéd tropes, the three decided to put their own spin on things by blending a variety of influences into their sound, making it uniquely theirs. Swelling ambient melodies, accompanied by thundering drums, set to a back drop of melancholic chordal passages and riffs topped with lyrics involving love, loss, and hope, the band came into their own, supplying a particular sense of gravity in their music.
