BLACK METAL EVENT OF THE FALL: LESS THAN 30 DAYS REMAIN UNTIL PRAGUE DEATH MASS V

5 Nights, 3 Venues, 35 Bands- October 29 to November 2, 2025

With autumn’s arrival, we approach Prague Death Mass V, from 29 October to 2 November 2025, across three Prague locations, culminating in a transcendental spectacle at Prague Planetarium.

VENUES &CONCEPT

Ante‑Liturgia (Opening / Warm-Up Night) – 29 October at Futurum Music Club, Prague 5

A venue etched in Prague Death Mass history as the site of the iconic Vol. 2 and Vol. 3 editions, Futurum will once again open the gates - this time led by none other than TÖRR, legendary Czech black metal originators. TÖRR will perform anexclusive set built around their cult “Witchhammer” demo, a cornerstone of Central European black metal. They will be joined by four other carefully selected acts, making Ante-Liturgia not just a warm-up, but an essential chapter in the five-day journey. The event is free for festival pass holders.

Main Event Nights – 30 October to 1 November at Křižík Pavilion C (Výstaviště Praha, Prague 7)

Three days and 29 bands in total – selection of the best acts from the current black metaland other dark music genres. Most performances are one-off / fly-in shows – for Prague Death Mass V only.

Planetarium Death Mass – 2 November at Prague Planetarium (Prague 7 – Stromovka)

This closing ceremony is limited to 280 attendees and is included in the 5‑day “Exclusive” pass, or with a separate single-day ticket.

Additionally, NEPTUNIAN MAXIMALISM(Belgium) will appear twice during the festival, offering two different experimental, ritualistic drone performances amidst the inferno, shaping the atmosphere of two days.

COSMIC FINALE AT THE PLANETARIUM

On 2 November, the Mass concludes under the stars at Prague Planetarium, where state-of-the-art 8K 360° LED dome visuals merge with Norwegian black metal to form a unique full-body immersion.

MYSTICUM will unleash industrial black metal chaos accompanied with pulsating dome projections.

VEMOD will offer a unique second performance, designed specifically for the planetarium’s cosmic atmosphere - a meditative descent into celestial blackness.

This audiovisual ceremony marks a European first in black metal presentation - bridging underground music and cutting-edge digital technology in a singular closing rite.
