Finnish post-metal outfit HARMS have unveiled their new single "A Lifetime Spent On Dying", offering another glimpse into the bleak and immersive soundscape of their upcoming second full-length, "Rebirth Of The Cold", due out on May 8th, 2026 via Time To Kill Records.
With this new track, the band further refines its cold and oppressive approach, balancing crushing heaviness with a haunting melodic undercurrent that gives the song both emotional depth and physical impact.
