Biografia: STILL ROTTEN: 35 Years of AVULSED history

The book documenting the first 35 years of AVULSED's history is about to see the light of day!

It has taken almost a year of intense work, gathering information, digging through memories, recovering photographs and searching through the past to reconstruct a story that began in August 1991 and, against all odds, is still being written today. Countless afternoons and late nights have been devoted to writing, reviewing and shaping this 564-page monster, narrated in the first person from the perspective of Dave Rotten, AVULSED's founding member and the only one who has been there for absolutely every day of the band's existence, taking part in all its recordings, shows and tours, and getting to know every musician who has ever passed through its ranks.

"STILL ROTTEN : 35 Years of Avulsed History"

The result is a substantial hardcover volume, written in Spanish, featuring black pages with white text and almost 200 photographs documenting AVULSED's journey from its very first lineup as a trio right up to the present day. This is a story told from the inside, without filters or second-hand accounts, packed with anecdotes, personal experiences and episodes ranging from well-known events to stories never told before, as well as others that have become distorted over time. Because a band's real history doesn't always match the stories told about it.

Starting from absolutely nothing, with no previous experience and everything to learn, AVULSED has travelled a road its members could never have imagined in the early days. More than three decades of underground Death Metal, recordings, shows, tours around the world, obstacles, madness and experiences have made the band part of extreme Metal history.
