Led by the infernal vocals of Astrous, known for his ferocious presence in Aenaon and Katavasia, and bolstered by the relentless onslaught of Jim Gaianos on guitars (Disharmony, Ephemeral), Vassilis Liakos on bass (Black Fate, Braveride, Innosense), and Nikos Tsintzilonis on drums (Black Fate, Thirty Fates), DEATH LEAGUE is set to ignite the metal world with their blazing sound.

BODY VOID i EYE FLYS na dwóch koncertach w Polsce

 

Amerykańskie ekipy Body Void oraz Eye Flys wyruszą wiosną na wspólną trasę po Europie, podczas której dwukrotnie wystąpią w Polsce - 9 kwietnia w warszawskim klubie VooDoo oraz dzień później w poznańskim klubie Pod Minogą. W roli supportu na obydwu koncertach wystąpią Misguided, znani z agresywnego i intensywnego brzmienia!

Body Void to założony w 2014 roku (pierwotnie pod nazwą Devoid) zespół, którego głównym celem było połączenie najbardziej ekstremalnych pierwiastków hardcore punka z doom metalem. W 2016 formacja wydała swój debiut “Ruins”, lecz jej działalność nabrała tempa 5 lat później, kiedy to podpisała kontrakt z wytwórnią Prosthetic, a pierwszym owocem tej współpracy była trzecia w dorobku Amerykanów płyta “Bury Me Beneath This Rotting Earth”, na której brzmienie grupy zostało wzbogacone o wpływy power electronics czy drone. Od tego momentu Body Void intensywnie koncertuje - grali trasy u boku takich nazw jak Primitive Man, Mortiferum, Uniform, Portrayal of Guilt, Jarhead Fertilizer czy Spirit Possession oraz pojawiali się na wielu festiwalach, w tym m.in. Roadburn, Oblivion Access, Levitation. W zeszłym roku zespół wypluł na światło dzienne swój czwarty album “Atrocity Machine”, na którym charakterystyczne dla niego wgniatające w ziemię dźwięki pchnięte są jeszcze bardziej w noise’owe czy industrialne rejony.

Drugim zespołem w zestawie jest noise rockowe Eye Flys z Filadelfii. Bezwzględne trio, w którego skład wchodzą Kevin Bersten (bas), Patrick Forrest (perkusja) oraz Jake Smith (wokal, gitara) łączy jad wylewający się z ciężkich riffów i potężnej sekcji rytmicznej z lekką dozą ciętego humoru. Najnowszy, nagrany w należącym do Berstena Developing Nations studio (Full of Hell, Integrity, Jarhead Ferilizer) album, zatytułowany po prostu “Eye Flys”, ukaże się 26 stycznia nakładem Thrill Jockey Records.

Zapowiedź i singiel z nowego DUSK

 

Costa Rican industrial black metal project DUSK announces the impending release of Industrie. The band's newest album is comprised of six conceptually linked chapters and ends with a scathing revisioning of Mahyem's "Freezing Moon."

DUSK has launched a stream of the album's first single "Industrie II." The song is a mechanized black metal anthem which transitions from a post-apocalyptic burial doom into a war blackened chaos. Listen now at youtu.be/gSQ_2BgbNOM.

Industrie is set for release on May 31.

Industrie brings a new concept never explored by the band, this forthcoming release is more experimental and way more digestive than the previous releases, incorporating some groove-paced riffs into the grisly aggression and the apocalyptic landscapes.

STORMCROW zapowiadają trzeci album

 

Italian black metal unit STORMCROW will release their third album, “Path to Ascension”, on May 31st 2024 via Time To Kill Records.

The album was recorded and mixed by Carlo Meroni at ADSR Studio in Milan and mastered by Magnus "Devo" Andersson (Marduk) at Endarker Studio in Sweden. The cover artwork is by Arianna “Trollenskog” Carbone.

Today, the band shares a new single from the album: stream "Petit Dru" HERE.

"Petit Dru is the epic peak located in the Mont Blanc massif, which was conquered solo on 22nd August 1955 by Italian alpinist Walter Bonatti. The song tells of this impossible challenge described by him as a 'crazy idea generated by moral depression'. Bonatti spent six days on a vertical wall facing his demons, he had hallucinations from the effort, at certain moments he even thought of calling it quits, but his enormous willpower allowed him to conquer this peak, the most difficult of his life".
