Runic black metal with axe-swinging dashes of raw punk may sound old come 2020, yet Denmark's WULFAZ has managed to keep it enthralling and different throughout every track they've composed to this date. Expanding on the simple formula of yesteryear's debut the three tracks found on Sotes Runer are bolder, longer and strikingly memorable, while keeping true to the very real history of viking-age Denmark.
