VIDE zapowiadają nowy album

 

On ​February 27th internationally, Antiq is proud to present the highly anticipated fourth album of France's Vide, ​Aux enfants des ruines.

With three albums released in 2022, Vide returns this year with a 50-minute album. Aux enfants des ruines contains seven tracks of intense atmospheric black metal, driven by the raw vocals of Hylgaryss (Dark Sanctuary, Le Prochain Hiver, Sainte Obyana Du Froid). This wintry black metal invites introspection and reflection: layers of guitars overlap, like a mind wandering from an initial thought. In a haunting atmosphere, the cold pervades the listener's mind and completely engulfs them. At times, the brutality becomes more pronounced, with rhythmic undercurrents and pauses leading to epic blasts. The guitar reaches higher notes, reaching for the snow-capped peaks of hazy thoughts. The children's choir on this album is truly incredible, lending a sense of melancholy and highlighting the irretrievable nature of time gone by. An album imbued with icy nostalgia and the old-fashioned charm of memories from times gone by...

Antiq is a label dedicated to the fully coherent concept of making music through sound, image, video, and attitude. They have been putting their entire existence into it since 2009. Over the years, Antiq have been identified as producers of not only perfectly coherent lyrics and themes through music, but also conceptual art and, of course, the manufacturing of beautiful objects. The label tries as much as it can to work with French creators, and if possible, with the smallest and most serious structures.
