Today, Signal Rex announces April 10th as the international release date for Bezkres' highly anticipated debut album, Naturalna nietolerancja, on CD and vinyl LP formats.

Following a demo in 2024 and the Signal Rex-released Odwieczny zew agresji EP last year, Poland's Bezkres now make their full-length debut. Naturalna nietolerancja is a raw and uncompromising black metal statement forged in the spirit of the '90s underground. Cold, austere, and openly hostile, the album rejects human weakness, religious corruption, and false transcendence. Across nine tracks, spanning into 40 minutes, Bezkres channel nature as an ancient, merciless presence, older than belief, untouched by morality.

Built on repetitive, frostbitten riffs, stripped-down structures, and an unpolished sound true to the genre’s origins, Naturalna nietolerancja unfolds as a solitary passage through contempt, willpower, annihilation, and disappearance. There is no spectacle, no modern gloss - only severity, distance, and the cold clarity of stone. This is black metal rooted in isolation and negation, faithful to the underground ethos of the '90s and indifferent to anything beyond it.

Today, Amor Fati Productions announces April 17th as the international release date for Mylingar's highly anticipated fourth album, Út, on CD and vinyl LP formats.

After a first trilogy that left a searing mark on the death / black metal scene and seven years of silence, Mylingar rises again from the abyss with the first volume of a new trilogy, Út.

Despite what certain archives may say, Mylingarare an anonymous band from an anonymous location. And thankfully, after that silence, the quartet have lost none of their bad manners: their death metal remains putrid and vicious, giving pride of place to dissonance. The inhuman vocals, one of the band's defining strengths, dominate this suffocating, morbid whole and herald a new trilogy that reeks more than ever of sulfur, chaos, and death.

Út is clearly not an album for everyone; it is an outlet for sonic violence, where morality, common sense, and order are trampled underfoot by four diseased minds whose hibernation has had no calming effect. Beware.

Decibel Magazine is hosting the exclusive premiere of "Satanic Witch", a thunderous new single from Italian black metal act MALAURIU's impending third full-length album, “The Third Nail”, due out April 3rd, 2026 through Adirondack Black Mass.

The record represents a bold evolution for the band, merging the raw intensity of black metal with a punk-infused aggression, while showcasing meticulous attention to detail in a warm, organic production that brings out the full depth of the compositions.

Recorded between Italy and the UK from 2024 to 2025, “The Third Nail” is the result of over a decade of dedication to the rawest and most primitive essence of black metal. The album features eight original tracks alongside a ferocious cover of GG Allin, which further highlights the band’s punk attitude and includes guest appearances by Dr. Heathen Scum (Mentors, USA) and Diego Do'Urden (Mystifier).

The album’s artwork draws on Sicilian traditions where the sacred and the profane collide, from blood-stained processions to brutal reenactments of the Crucifixion, creating a ritualistic atmosphere where faith is intertwined with horror, gore, and the occult.

Mixing was handled by Carlo Altobelli at Toxic Basement Studio (Italy), a recognized figure in extreme underground production, while mastering was completed at Necromorbus Studio (Sweden), famed for work with acts like Mayhem, Watain, Funeral Mist, and Shining.

Now based in London, UK, with a solid live lineup, MALAURIU will bring “The Third Nail” to stages across Europe in 2026, delivering a live experience that amplifies the album’s dark intensity and ritualistic energy.

Jakoś tak w ostatnim czasie sporo było u nas recenzji płyt z tamtego zakątka świata, no ale co poradzisz… Overtoun pochodzą z Santiago, a “Death Drive Anthropology” jest ich już trzecim dużym krążkiem. Jakoś dotychczas nie było mi z nimi po drodze. Francuski duet Aabode, zaistniał bardzo wyraźnie i trwale na moim horyzoncie muzycznym przed dwoma laty, przy okazji debiutanckiego albumu „Neo-Age”. Ich blackmetalowa ekspresja przefiltrowana przez industrialno-EBMową optykę przełomu lat 80. i 90. w połączeniu z narkotycznym abstraktem wylewającym się nader często nie tylko trafiła w mój gust, ale realnie sprawiła, że czekałem na kolejne słowo Francuzów i to, w które miejsce zaciągną swoje pomysły tym razem. (Czytaj dalej...)

Established in 2015 at the foot of the Calvana massif, Italy's Calvana exist solely to amplify the voice of the mountain as a singular, monolithic entity. To preserve this focus, the identities of the members remain shrouded in total anonymity. To date, two equally cryptically titled albums - 2020's IɅ and 2022's III┼ - stand as the documentation of their work, singular and defiant.

Now, Calvana emerge from the darkness with their third full-length, Sub Janus. As trend-free as ever, the record captures the primal rage of the peaks and the elemental wrath of nature, forged in the fires of old-school black metal. Rough and robust, their roiling screeds of fury remain as potent as ever, locating that ever-elusive balance between the cryogenic and the lava-like. All instruments hold equal weight in their rustic, all-analog soundfield - particularly bass guitar, an instrument often relegated to nonexistence in black metal - further grounding Calvana's elemental nature. Similarly, their old-school black metal truly does sound OLD on Sub Janus, never recalling anything remotely modern nor much else from the darkest past; the songwriting weaves through various states of hypnotic violence, with grim marches dotting the stark landscape, but perhaps only domestic enigmas Altar of Perversion could be the closest reference. Taken on its own, Sub Janus is desolate, lightless, and strangely expansive.
