Today, Caligari Records announces August 7th as the international release date for Kyrios' long-awaited second EP, Blood Constellation, on cassette tape format.
From far beyond the sun comes Blood Constellation, the long lost follow-up to Kyrios' Saturnal Chambers. These missing tapes were uncovered, an echo of a last transmission from a great event horizon, and were re-assembled for release on Caligari. Blood Constellation features two dungeon synth tracks that encase two atmospheric yet blisteringly aggressive slabs of black metal.
This release was given its title by the peerless vocalist Trevor Strand, to whom Kyrios devotes this record. Vocal duties have been entrusted to GK Defenestrator, with drums / synths / mastering by Satan’s Sword, guitars / bass / synths / mix / lyrics by Hypatian, and cover artwork by Ronnie Pirog. Blood Constellation is, at long last, re-discovered and currently available for streaming.
