Nowy album Gate Master w marcu

Gate Master returns once again to the Repose Records fold with his unique blend of Avant-Garde Dungeon Metal.

‘In Pursuit of Forbidden Knowledge' takes us on a journey through ceremonial raw black metal, frostbitten dungeon synth soundscapes, crust punk fuelled thrash & gothic ritual ambient to create a truly distinctive and eclectic second album.

Working with collaborators Annabelle Iratni & Cold Void Desolation, Gate Master has forged 9 tracks, each being completely unique and different to the last.

Gate Master is an originator of the English black metal scene, having been involved with various bands since the early 90’s.  Throughout the album you will hear influence from Bathory, Dead Can Dance, Diamanda Galas, Ultravox, Godspeed You! Black Emperor, Possessed & more…

‘In Pursuit Of Forbidden Knowledge’ premieres February 25th through The Call Of The Night with cassettes to follow the week after via Repose Records.

Two advance tracks are streaming now!

Debiut INERTH do odsłuchu

Today, extreme metal throwbacks Inerth stream the entirety of their highly anticipated debut album, Void, at heavily trafficked web-portal InvisibleOranges.com. Released on February 22nd via Abstract Emotions, hear Inerth's Void in its entirety HERE.

Taking inspiration from such bands as Godflesh, Napalm Death, Neurosis, Corrupted, Celtic Frost, Amebix, and Killing Joke among others, Void reclaims the spirit of the 1990s' best extreme transgressive sounds, showing Inerth's eclectic influences by melting past and present in their own style based on their contemporary contexts and realities. Unafraid of experimentation and going beyond boundaries, their message is one of awareness for both obvious and occult harsh realities while offering a willful light of passion, constancy, and resistance in these dark times.

Singiel z debiutu GRAND HARVEST

Today, Swedish doomed-out death metallers Grand Harvest premiere the new track "No Paler a Horse" at Legacy magazine's website. The track is the second to be revealed from the band's highly anticipated debut album, Consummatum Est, set for international release on March 25th via Messor Grandis Productions. Hear Grand Harvest's "No Paler a Horse" in its entirety exclusively HERE.

Consummatum Est contains nine tracks of versatile-yet-focused metal music. Moving freely between the borders of death metal, doom metal, and black metal, the band focuses on portaying atmospheric and ethereal sonic landscapes that, together with the lyrics, will summon emotions and profound thoughts to the mind of the listener. Pay extra attention to the esoteric aspects of the lyrics, which perfectly blend with the music and present the different vocal styles - and Luciferian/misanthropic mindset - of singer and lyricist Dr. Häll.

Grand Harvest aims to create dark and dismal doom-influenced death metal, with very clear ties to the past but with an additional heavy element and with darker subject matters. It is a true collective effort, with all band members contributing to the songwriting.

Dark and misanthropic death/doom metal with hints of black metal and with epic/atmospheric elements that together lift the music to a versatile and transcendental level, without losing focus. A steady mix of old-school primitivity, ethereal dreamscapes, and esoteric sermons.

The lyrics—stemming from the thoughts and revelations of singer and lyricist Dr. Häll—reflect a deep resentment of the misery and tyranny congenital to sentient Being in general, and humanity in particular. A Luciferian gnosis of Death, cast in the language of mystical eschatology, personal trials, and a peculiar brand of misanthropic empathy, led to a certain lyrical main theme: the blissful end of all things. The spirit and philosophy informing the lyrics permeate the very essence of the music and the perfect vessel to complete the entity that is Grand Harvest—a means to an end, the definitive end. Cover artwork, courtesy of Misanthropic-Art, and tracklisting are as follows:

Recenzja Kalmankantaja „Metsäuhri”

 Kalmankantaja

„Metsäuhri”

Wolfspell Records 2022

(Czytaj dalej...)

Recenzja MALGÖTH „Glory Through Savagery”

 MALGÖTH

„Glory Through Savagery”

Iron Bonehead Productions 2021

Tworzący swe dźwięki w kraju klonowego liścia (a dokładnie w Toronto) Malgöth, to przykład zespołu, w którym jest dwa razy więcej wokalistów, niż instrumentalistów. (Czytaj dalej...)

Szczegóły dotyczące trójki INANNA

In their endless quest to push and support current underground acts that deliver the goods unaware of trends and hypes, on April 25th, Memento Mori is proud to present Inanna's highly anticipated third album, Void of Unending Depths.

In a weird and horrific hallucination, guitarist/songwriter Diego Ilabaca received the revelation to create new music. Still in his teen years, he came up with the idea of fusing his favorite albums, Sepultura's Morbid Visions and Morbid Angel's Altars of Madness, with the mysticism and transcendence of the long and amazingly structured compositions of his '70s prog-rock heroes. It took a long time to find the right musicians to realize that vision. Once he did, and like the powerful gods of the Sumerian pantheon, Inanna came to life from the netherworld in 2000, obsessed the early technical death metal acts such as Atheist, Cynic, Death, and Pestilence and plagued with the evil brutality of Suffocation, Deicide, Morbid Angel, Immolation, and Gorguts.

Perhaps one need only to peer deeply into the vivid cover artwork courtesy of Daniel Hermosilla to get a visual clue into Void of Unending Depths' madness/mastery. No other words necessary: Inanna have delivered a modern classic!

Hear for yourself with the brand-new track "Among Subaqueous Spectres" HERE at Memento Mori's official YouTube channel. Aforementioned cover art and tracklisting are as follows:

BEASTIALITY udostępniają nową EP-kę

Today, reanimated blackthrashing beasts Beastiality stream the entirety of their highly anticipated comeback EP, Sacrificial Chants, at heavily trafficked web-portal InvisibleOranges.com. Set for international release on February 25th via Invictus Productions, hear Beastiality's Sacrificial Chants in its entirety exclusively HERE.

Although their moniker might suggest bestial metal in the mold of Beherit and other elder gods, Beastiality instead brim with the sulfurous sensation of classic blackthrashing METAL. Indeed, they rose from the sewers of Stockholm in 2011 to become the very bastard sons of plutonium anthropology, whiplashing a filth and fury that can only be harnessed through sheer iron will. They proved as much across their first short-lengths, but then truly shook the dead corpse of extreme metal with their widely celebrated debut album, Worshippers of Unearthly Perversions, released in 2017 by Invictus.

Was that the final nail in the coffin? NO FUCKING WAY! Beastiality return when the time is right/wrong with a nuclear-annihilating EP aptly titled Sacrificial Chants. It's been five long, cursed years since their last recording, and Beastiality are hungry to make up for lost time - and thus, the absurdly feral adrenaline rush of these four new tracks plus mood-setting intro! Everything amazing and awesome and superlative about that classic debut album is amplified tenfold here on Sacrificial Chants...no much so, you won't be able to catch your breath before pressing "play" again! Absolute ARRRGGGHHH!!!

Five songs in 16 minutes, your fate is sealed: Beastiality crush, kill, and destroy with their Sacrificial Chants!

Fully crush/kill/destroy exclusively HERE, courtesy of InvisibleOranges.com. Cover and tracklisting are as follows:

Recenzja Stodor Wilzorum „Trauermystik”

 Stodor Wilzorum

„Trauermystik”

Wolfspell Rec. 2022

(Czytaj dalej...)

Recenzja ARMA CHRISTI „Egocentric Oblivion”

 ARMA CHRISTI

„Egocentric Oblivion”

Wydawnictwo Muzyczne Psycho 2016

(Czytaj dalej...)

It's about letting life go and death come. We will ring the bells, we will mourn, and eventually we will follow." About the video, "To make a video clip for such a somber and serious song, we could think of no other way than filming our yearly visit to Skogskyrkogården in Stockholm where most of our relatives and friends rest. The video led us to Quorthon and L.G. Petrov's final resting place, among others. It's a tribute to those we hail and those we will never forget."
