Invisible Oranges is hosting the exclusive premiere of the new EP by Spanish black-death metal punks PVRGATORII, titled “Profane Rites For Cursed Times”, ahead of its release on May 29, 2026 via Night Terrors Records. The release marks a new step in the band’s evolution and will arrive as a strictly limited 100-copy edition on one-sided 12” black vinyl, complete with OBI strip, insert and an extensive 16-page fanzine entirely dedicated to the project.
The EP further refines PVRGATORII’s self-defined “Black Metal ov Death” approach, blending raw black metal ferocity, punk urgency and abrasive noise into a sound that remains tense, hostile and uncompromising. Far from stylistic compromise or modern fusion trends, the band continues to pursue a harsh, atmospheric vision rooted in extremity and shaped by their connection to the Barcelona underground.
