Recenzja Mortuaire „Monde Vide”

 Mortuaire

„Monde Vide”

World Eater 2025

(Czytaj dalej...)

Nowy album UNFOLD na dniach

UNFOLD will release the new album “The Throne of Sumeru” on March 7th 2025.

UNFOLD is a new project of Adam R. Bryant – which runs alongside his work for the last decade with numerous projects; those familiar with Aesthetic Death will recognise his music from both Pando and Cave Dweller.

All these projects are unique, innovative, thought-provoking and inspired by the natural beauty he finds in his environment.

UNFOLD continues this creative direction but from a slightly different angle.

“The Throne of Sumeru” is best described as a guided meditation through frequency and noise.

As Bryant describes: "Unfold is a study on the contrasting principles of yin and yang. Its intention is to enhance meditation practices by subjecting the listener to the extreme pulses of nature and allowing for periods of reflection. The material is best experienced in its entirety to be utilized as a guide through various awakened states of consciousness and to promote the discovery of other forms of meditation".

With that said, give yourself some space, kick back, open your mind and let it unfold...

Tracklist:

01. The Swaying Of The Spine (guided meditation in A) 16:45
02. Flow 5:53
03. Om Mani Padme Hum 5:20
04. Mount Sumeru (blowing of The Kangling) 10:24
05. Between Two Worlds 17:52

Nowy SUDDEN DEATH w maju

SUDDEN DEATH's fourth album, "In Sinner Hate", is set for release on May 19th, 2025, via Time To Kill Records.

The title plays phonetically with the word "Incinerate", but takes on the meaning of "In the sinner's hate", reflecting the dark and introspective themes that permeate the entire work. In this new effort, the band delves into concepts such as violence, monotony, loneliness, alienation, respectability, and hardship, while also tackling broader topics like war, pollution, and social isolation, exploring them in their most visceral form.

While maintaining the claustrophobic, minimalist, and massive approach that has always defined SUDDEN DEATH, the new material ventures into more intricate and elaborate directions. The band's death metal carries a modern edge, yet retains clear nods to the old-school brutality of Cannibal Corpse and Sinister. The guitars intertwine constantly, layering different yet harmonized riffs before reconverging into a single, powerful sonic force, creating a complex and dynamic listening experience.

The album was mixed and mastered by Stefano "Saul" Morabito (Fleshgod Apocalypse, Hour Of Penance, Hideous Divinity), with additional recordings by Marco "Cinghio" Mastrobuono (Hour Of Penance, Shores Of Null) and Giuseppe Orlando (Novembre, Stormlord).

The first single "Human Death Machine" is now streaming HERE.

GRANITADER zapowiadają EP-kę

Today, Purity Through Fire announces April 4th as the international release date for a brand-new EP from Granitader, Schlachtenklang, on digipack CD format.

Following last year's masterful debut album, Der Wald zwischen den Welten, Granitader continue to storm the ramparts with the three-song / 16-minute Schlachtenklang. Short but most definitely sweet, this new EP is absolutely bursting at the seams with triumph and urgency; any longer and the listener might have a heart attack! Whereas that celebrated first full-length showed the Germans' masterful grasp of songwriting and dynamics - and plenty of confidence and charisma to spare - here do Granitader light a fire under their pagan black metal, swarming from every direction with swords-aloft bloodlust and righteous bravado. Comparisons to the likes of Windur, Falkenbach, or fellow Teutonic horde Horn are still valid, but daresay do none of them whip forth such a life-affirming fury quite like Schlachtenklang, and the incorporation of occasional deathly vocals is a welcome development. Old souls who exude the effervescence of the new, Granitader continue their ascent to the top of the pagan pack with Schlachtenklang!

In the meantime, hear the brand-new track "Durch die Felder" HERE at Purity Through Fire's official YouTube channel. Cover and tracklisting are as follows:

Tracklisting for Granitader's Schlachtenklang
1. Durch die Felder [4:07]

„Sidereal Malignancy”

Blood Harvest / Me Saco Un Ojo 2025

(Czytaj dalej...)

„Wyrd”

Time To Kill Records 2025

(Czytaj dalej...)

Debiut ABYSSAL VACUUM na początku maja

Today, Signal Rex announces May 2nd as the international release date for Abyssal Vacuum's highly anticipated debut album, Abyssal Vacuum, on CD, vinyl LP, and cassette tape formats.

Ecstatic fervor. Mesmerizing heft. Atmosphere ripped asunder, both above and below. Infinity transformed into sonic delirium, slipstreaming latitudes and longitudes of voidal landscape... France's Abyssal Vacuum are almost too perfectly monikered.

From where darkness is not an absence, but a hallucinatory, guiding, and nourishing force, Abyssal Vacuum emerge once more with their self-titled debut album. After four EPs, the veil of silence fell upon their subterranean congregation - but quietness doesn't mean stagnation.

Now, the time has come to ascend to the surface after an ecstatic descent into the hungry abyss, following the inevitable transformation of a project that started in the murk of the underground. This first full-length is the logical extension of their journey, the first offering testifying to the convergence of a full lineup, tracing the steps of their souls navigating an uncharted Katabasis, a labyrinth where the eroded walls reverberate and echo with haunting and exhilarating visions, pulsing deeper into the boundless chasm, the void between worlds.

Her Womb is our Temple.
His Light is our Blessing.

Keys to understanding Abyssal Vacuum are contained in the six component track titles to Abyssal Vacuum, each one pinpointing a particular locale doubtlessly portending considerable occult energy. Whether one's soul has the fortitude to venture forth...well, such is the Rubicon one must dare to cross.

In the meantime, hear the brand-new track "37°11'18.4"N 86°06'10.3"W" HERE at Signal Rex's official YouTube channel. Cover and tracklisting are as follows:

Nowy THE SLUMBERING w kwietniu

Set for release on March 28th, 2025, via Aesthetic Death, the fourth album by US doom noise entity THE SLUMBERING reaches an inevitable convergence—where the sinister, drone, and hypnotic sound has merged with doomsday scenarios and an endtime conclusion.

The only glimmer of hope within their music is found in the prospect that humankind is quickly reaching its (un)natural end—that it can exact no further harm. There is an ultimate calm in the knowledge any clock will tick no more and that all we will see is what the next realm brings forth.

The track "Chapel Of The Damned" is now streaming at THIS LOCATION.

Tracklist:

01. Dreams Are Not Always Pleasant
02. Chapel Of The Damned
03. Sinister Expressions
04. Shadow Realm
05. Belief In Social Doctrines

„Carnival of Atricities”

Xtreem Music 2025

(Czytaj dalej..)

Wolves Of Hades 2025

Projekt ten wyłonił się z odmętów amerykańskiej sceny w 2019 roku, kiedy to wydał demosa „Sunless”. W kolejnym 2020 zaprezentował swój debiut, a teraz, po pięciu latach milczenia, powraca z nową, dwuutworową epką. Nie znam poprzednich jego wydawnictw, ale to co znlazałem na „The Barbed Thread Of Madness jest awangardowym black metalem z dużą zawartością dysonansowych akordów. (Czytaj dalej...)

Debiut CLAN DOS MORTOS CICATRIZ jeszcze w tym miesiącu

We’re proud to finally announce the debut album by Brazilian death punk cult Clan Dos Mortos Cicatriz, fifteen cuts, twenty five minutes of sinister and cemeterial raw nekro-hardcore churned from the gutters and graveyards of Curitiba, Brazil. A grim manifesto of total refusal and an undying ode to death and suffering, "Técnicas de Morte" gives a voice to every slum, prison, mental hospital, war zone, morgue and cemetery on earth, reminding us all that no human state, act or behavior exists outside of suffering, misery and death.

The work has been now introduced by praised hardcore rescue IDIOTEQ, who have premiered the official music video for the song “Nada” (directed by colacolectiva), stating that “The new track is a death knell ringing out of Curitiba, Brazil’s festering underbelly, a taste of the fifteen-track, twenty-five-minute slab of nekro-hardcore to come. No mercy, no light. Just a raw howl from the slums and graveyards, where suffering’s the only currency.” - you can check out the feature and song HERE.

"Técnicas de Morte" is scheduled for a 21 March 2025 release worldwide via Sentient Ruin on LP, MC, and digital formats, all of which are now pre-orderable via all our channels.

Debiut TETRAMORPHE IMPURE w kwietniu

Italian funeral death doom entity TETRAMORPHE IMPURE will unveil its debut album "The Sunset of Being" on April 18th 2025 via Aesthetic Death.

The album track "Night Chants" is now streaming HERE.

Hailing from the Alpine north of Italy, TETRAMORPHE IMPURE is the creation of Damien, an experienced musician and former member of Mortuary Drape. After a series of underground releases, TETRAMORPHE IMPURE emerge from years of dormancy to bring forth its first full-length creation.
Melding the profound weight of funeral doom, old school death metal and early doom-death. Monolithic and crushing in it’s sonic core, "The Sunset of Being" brings forth vast soundscapes draped in despondent, shuddering riffwork..

Both nostalgic and reflective in its essence, TETRAMORPHE IMPURE create a brooding, despondent atmosphere, evoking the spirit of the early 90's through the lens of funeral death doom and old school death metal.

As Damien explains, "…this album is a procession through darker corners of human experience. We intend to submerge the listener in a meditative state where they can reflect on the transient nature of existence, its desolation and dread.
Work on these songs has taken over two years, with a focus on intentionally capturing the right feel and atmosphere in each moment. I would spend days experimenting with sounds until every passage had the raw intensity that I was aiming for.
Bands like Decomposed, Disembowelment, Dusk, Evoken, Mournful Congregation, and Esoteric have left a big mark on my way of making music. Yet the inspiration of bands such as Dead Can Dance (especially 'Within the Realm of a Dying Sun') and Swans, plus being a huge fan of early Swedish and Finnish death metal - Demigod, Demilich, Convulse, Abhorrence, Gorement, Crematory, etc - are quite evident in our new album, adding a contrasting and primal edge to the sound."

"The Sunset of Being" was co-produced, mixed and mastered by Alex Sedin.

For fans of: Evoken, early My Dying Bride, Decomposed

Tracklist:

1 – Forsaken Light
2 – Night Chants
3 – Spirit Of Gravity
4 – The Sunset Of Being
