Muzyk odpowiedzialny za Frozen Ocean, tworzy już jakiś czas, bo jego pierwsze demo ukazało się w 2005 roku. Od tamtego momentu trochę wydawnictw wypuścił na światło dzienne, a „Askdrömmar” jest jego najnowszym, dwunastym albumem. Nie sprawdzałem poprzednich, ale gdzieś obiło mi się o uszy, że ten Rosjanin parał się w przeszłości różnymi gatunkami, które mieszał z black metalem. (Czytaj dalej...)

GRINDCRIME wydadzą płytę dla Defense Records

 

Grindcrime to pięciu znajomych, wywodzących się z różnych kapel zakorzenionych w lubelskim podziemiu. Efektem wspólnej pracy stał się debiutancki album, zatytułowany „Hunting For Submissive Minds”. Wydawnictwo składa się z dziewięciu bezkompromisowych, death metalowych kompozycji. Płyta ukaże się w listopadzie 2026 roku nakładem Defense Records. Premiera pierwszego singla odbędzie się 29 września.

Italian progressive death metal group FATE UNBURIED have released "Expect Nothing", another single taken from their forthcoming new album "Neraspeme", due out on October 16, 2026 via Time To Kill Records. The new track once again showcases the band's particular penchant for intricate twists and turns, moving through sharp-edged riffs and melancholic openings that intertwine without ever settling into predictable patterns. Their songwriting continues to balance impact and introspection, with each section contributing to a restless, carefully developed flow.

Kanadyjska legenda ekstremalnego undergroundu – Blasphemy nadciąga do Warszawy z surową energią i chaosem war metalu!

Powstałe w 1987 roku w Kanadzie Blasphemy to jedna z najbardziej bezkompromisowych i wpływowych formacji ekstremalnego metalu. Ich mieszanka black i death metalu, pełna chaosu, brutalności i surowej energii, stała się fundamentem nurtu określanego dziś jako war metal. Wydany w 1990 roku debiut Fallen Angel of Doom.... pozostaje jednym z najważniejszych albumów kanadyjskiego undergroundu.

Choć Blasphemy nagrali niewiele materiału, ich wpływ na scenę black/death metalową jest niepodważalny. Obok Fallen Angel of Doom.... szczególny status zyskało demo Blood Upon the Altar oraz album Gods of Warz 1993 roku. Dziś Blasphemy pozostają żywą legendą najbardziej ekstremalnego oblicza undergroundu, a w marcu przyszłego roku doświadczymy ich brutalności na własnej skórze!

Aż trudno w to uwierzyć, ale Nuclearhammer’owi stuknęło właśnie dwadzieścia lat. Przynajmniej mi ciężko przyjąć ten fakt do wiadomości, bo zdaje się, jakbym słuchał ich debiutanckiego „Obliteration Ritual” dosłownie przedwczoraj. Today, Caligari Records announces October 30th as the international release date for a brand-new EP from Grotesqueries, Nightmare Delirium, on CD format. Rotter Records will be handling the cassette version.

It's been three years since Grotesqueries' massive debut album, Vile Crematory, but now the band return to Caligari with a new EP titled Nightmare Delirium. Totaling four tracks across 16 minutes, Nightmare Delirium is as aptly titled as Grotesqueries' celebrated first full-length, but the record sees the band shifting to a duo: Anthony Paulini of Coffin Birth was recruited to handle bass and guitar duties, with founder Yianni Tranxidis remaining on drums and vocals. Nevertheless, the sound here is just as massive as ever: surging & stomping old-school DEATH METAL, with influence drawn equally from America and Europe. If anything, Grotesqueries' ruminations are sharper and more slicing than ever, which is suiting to Nightmare Delirium's lyrical focus on manipulation & fear and the ways they usurp the mind: contrived corruption through malicious intent. Concluding with a cover of Cannibal Corpse's "Gutted," this four-tracker gets in and gets the fuck out with extreme efficiency!
