Polish black-death metal veterans MASSTERON have teamed up with Decibel Magazine for the premiere of “Achronon”, the new single taken from their forthcoming debut full-length album, “Second in the Spheres”, due out on September 24th, 2026 via ATMF.
With its title suggesting a reality beyond the constraints of linear time, “Achronon” offers another glimpse into the hostile and uncompromising world shaped by MASSTERON. The track moves with a sharp, muscular intensity, its riffing constantly pushing forward while sudden shifts in pace and atmosphere prevent the song from settling into a predictable pattern. The production retains the physical immediacy of the band's live-in-the-studio approach, allowing the guitars and rhythm section to hit with an organic, almost confrontational force.
