Two distinct visions of underground death metal collide as NOROTH and MORTUAL bring their upcoming split release to Death Metal Promotion, where the record is now streaming in full ahead of its official release.
The American outfit deliver a descent into cavernous riffing, unsettling melodies and suffocating atmospheres, while Costa Rica's MORTUAL counter with a more direct and hostile assault, driven by savage guitar work and relentless rhythmic shifts. Across the tracks, both bands explore the darker reaches of the genre while maintaining their own distinctive identities.
The split will be released on October 30, 2026, with Night Terrors Records handling the 12-inch vinyl edition and Goat Throne Records taking care of the CD and cassette versions.
