US orthodox, occult and imprecatory Death Metallers DEFIXION have just inked a deal with Xtreem Music for the re-issue of their EP "Tabella Defixionis", as well as their debut album that could happen during 2020.
DEFIXION (from the Greek: "Defixio": synonym for
curse tablet and binding ritual) hails from San Diego (California) and
plays orthodox Death Metal with a conceptual passion for curses,
maledictions, bygone cults and antiquity. Formed back in 2015, the band
released their first 3-song demo in '15 and a 2nd demo entitled "DXN" in '16. The EP "Tabella Defixionis"
was recorded and produced by Ed Talorda of DISGORGE (USA) between
Trench Studios and HZ Audiotech Services during 2018 and self-released
on a very limited run wich is sold out by now. With this recording,
DEFIXION got the attention from Las Vegas Deathfest to
participate on their 2019 edition and also Xtreem Music, who offered
them a deal, starting with an official worldwide release of this EP.

Los Death Metaleros americanos de ortodoxo, oculto e imprecatorio DEFIXION, acaban de firmar contrato con Xtreem Music para la re-edición de su EP debut "Tabella Defixionis", así como su álbum debut que podría tener lugar en 2020.
DEFIXION (del griego: "Defixio": sinónimo de
maldición y ritual de unión) provienen de San Diego (California) y
practica Death Metal ortodoxo con una pasión conceptual por las
maldiciones, los hechizos, los cultos pasados y la antigüedad.
Formados
en 2015, la banda lanzó su primera demo de 3 canciones en el '15 y una
segunda demo titulada "DXN" en el '16. El EP "Tabella Defixionis" fue grabado y producido por Ed Talorda
de DISGORGE (USA) entre los Trench Studios y HZ Audiotech Services
durante 2018 y se auto-editó de forma muy limitada, la cual ya está
agotada. Con esta grabación, DEFIXION llamó la atención de Las Vegas Deathfest para participar en su edición de 2019 y también de Xtreem Music, quien les ofreció un contrato, comenzando con un lanzamiento mundial oficial de este EP.
